Framed 300mm Silicon Wafer: Rare Tech Display

This one of a kind display contains a rare 300 mm (12 inch) finished uncut Silicon Wafer with a node size of 3 nm (nanometer) and up. Each wafer on average costs over $19,000 delivered and in working condition. 

This is a rear flip chip wafer. Flip-chip is an interconnect scheme, providing connections from one die to another die or a die to a board. It was initially developed in the 1960s.

Each framed display contains a unique wafer and we do not specify the chip type or exact node size. The wafer displayed in the photos is the wafer you will get. All photos and videos are from this wafer. 

Frames have a unique serial number. This frame's serial number is S26-00138-A.
